How do I apply for a place at boarding? |

Please contact the admissions office and request for the application forms. On receipt of the application form, application fee, an online meeting/interview will be set up with the Directors. Upon acceptance, invoices for the fees will be sent to you. The place at boarding and school will be confirmed upon receipt of fees. |
Do you assist in the visa process? |
Yes, we assist boarding students during the visa application process by providing the necessary documents once the enrolment process has been completed and all fees have been paid. Please note that obtaining the student visa is a time-consuming process and check the German Embassy in their home country for documents required to be submitted with their visa application. |
Do boarding students need a local guardian in Germany? |
Guardianship is required, the School will take this on. |
How long does the admission process take? |
Approximately 2-3 weeks? |
What are the total tuition and boarding fees for a year? |
For the first year, the total boarding and tuition fees including the one-time registration fees would vary from € 52-53.000. Please note that the boarding fees are in addition to all listed school fees. |
Do you offer financial aid/scholarship? |
We are a non-selective boarding school and hence do not offer scholarships based on academic/sports achievements. |
Are meals included in the boarding fees? What are the meals like? |
Yes, the boarding fee covers the cost of 3 meals and a healthy snack. |
Could the boarding students stay at the boarding during holidays? What activities are planned for the holidays? |
Boarding students are required to leave the boarding during the winter and summer holidays. During the shorter breaks/holidays, students could stay at the boarding. Activities/short day trips will be planned. There will be additional costs for the holiday activities, when the students choose to stay in the mid-semester breaks |
What are the age requirements for boarding students? |
14-18 years |
Are the boarding students allowed to go out on their own? |
Yes. Students are required to plan their outing/visit to friends and family in advance. Short term visits are possible too with staff and parent consent |
What kind of activities are offered for boarding students on the weekend or after school? |
Students could enrol themselves at a sports club to follow a sport of their choice. After school hours, a supervised homework club is arranged for an hour for students to complete their homework or follow study time. |
How are boarding students cared for during illness? |
Adult supervision is available 24 hours by the boarding staff members. If at school, the student is assessed by the school nurse before returning to the boarding house. Boarding staff will care for the student and arrange a doctor’s appointment if necessary. |
Does the school provide medical insurance? |

What would be a typical schedule for a boarding student? |
From Monday to Friday, students are at school. Morning breakfast at 7:30am at the school canteen. School day begins at 8:00am until 3pm and until 3:50pm for IB students.Homework club from 3:30pm until 4:30pm. Thereafter, free time until dinner time. Lights out and handing in of all devices for Junior students at 9pm and for senior students at 10pm. |
Do you provide single rooms or dormitories? |
Single rooms are provided with an attached bath, toilet and ensuite kitchenette. |
Does my child need a computer? |
Yes, students required a mobile phone and device for the academic work (laptop or tablet) |
What do boarding students need to bring with them? |
Only their personal belongings and toiletries |
Do the boarding students have access to WiFi at the boarding house? |
Yes, each room has its own WiFi connection |
Is the boarding house located on the school campus? |
The boarding house is located at student accommodation building located at a walking distance of 5-7 minutes |
Do you have a Counselor on site? |
Yes |
